Personal and Organizational AlignmenT

The Barrett Values System, also known as the Barrett Values Centre framework, is a model developed by Richard Barrett that focuses on measuring and understanding values within individuals and organizations. It emphasizes the importance of aligning personal and organizational values to achieve greater success and fulfillment.
The Barrett Values System is built on the premise that individuals and organizations operate across seven levels of consciousness. These levels describe the different stages of personal and organizational development:
Survival: Focused on basic needs such as financial stability and health.
Relationships: Emphasizes harmonious relationships, belonging, and emotional connection.
Self-esteem: Concerned with achievement, recognition, and performance.
Transformation: Involves personal growth, adaptability, and continuous learning.
Internal Cohesion: Centers on aligning values, purpose, and a strong sense of identity.
Making a Difference: Focused on service, social responsibility, and contributing to the greater good.
Service: Encompasses a commitment to serving humanity and creating a legacy.
